All I’m going to say is if you are not listening to a podcast, you are missing out. They have changed my life and my way of thinking for the better. Rating them, reviewing them and mentioning must listen to eps so you know exactly where to start.
Little backstory on my podcast listening journey.
I was never a huge podcast girl. At first it was hard to focus on them. If I just played it while sitting on the couch I would go on my phone and not actually listen. At the start of covid i was going on 1-2 hour walks pretty much daily and after a week or so i got bored of music so i gave podcast a go. Somehow I chose a self help podcast and got hooked. Do not know how I came across them but it was the start to changing my life. Moved back to Arizona in sept 2020 and my podcast listening came to a halt. I wanted to listen to music when I drove, i wasn’t taking walks and couldn’t focus when i cleaned.
In August of this year I decided I was going to recommit to bettering myself. Yeah I have done a lot of growing and self reflection over the last year but I had decided It was time for intentional growth. A part of this plan was to listen to more self help podcasts. I didn’t want to stress myself out or dread doing it daily (especially because some eps can be lengthy) so I set out a goal of one a week. Now I listen to probably 3-5 a week. I am obsessed.
These podcasts cover it all. Woo Woo manifests too hard to hear truths. They’re amazing and will definitely help you rework your thinking. These aren’t in my most favorite order, I just listened in the order I found them.
Podcast #1
The Rise and Conquer Podcast by Georgie Stevenson
This was the first podcast I listened to the most on my walks circa march 2020. I followed Georgie for a bit before this and something in me decided to listen to the pod. To be quite honest it was probably the graphic and aesthetic of it all since i’m a sucker for pink. This podcast really did start my self development journey. I think this podcast is great for learning about manifestation, reworking your mindset, hearing other people’s journeys through social media etc. all while hearing it in a soft and uplifting way. It can still be a wake up call don’t get me wrong. She’s sharing her story and tips for you to get there.
Must listen episodes:
- What Even is alignment and How do I get it?
- Any of the guided meditations
- Staying in your lane
Podcast #2
Mindset Magic & Manifestation
This was probably my favorite podcast for my walks. I loved listening to it, the tips, the stories, the interviews. All of it. Listening to it really made me excited more than anything. It was within the first month or so of learning about spirituality and manifesting so to listen to this podcast on my quarantine walks, it gave me hope. It really inspired me and allowed me to tap into the creative side of my life before actually being able to access it. Basically it allowed me to become aware of the visualization aspect of manifesting. Imagine a life I could create or want so to speak.
Must listen episodes:
- Acting As If Hacks, Embodying Next Level YOU
- Taking Inspired Action Without “The How”

Podcast #3
Make Shift Happen by Samantha Daily
I love Sam. I’ve worked with her and she is truly here to guide you, give you the facts and teach you what to do. I found Sam from the “Rise and Conquer” and “Mindset MAgic and MAnifestation” Podcast. She did an interview on both podcasts and I gave her a follow on Instagram. She was someone I really resonated with. Her story seemed to be similar to what mine was, or was supposed to be so I felt that it was perfect that I had stumbled upon her interviews. Then after a few months of following her she started this podcast. I would say Make Shift Happen is definitely a podcast if you want clear step by step instructions on what you need to do for mindset work and manifesting. Sam covers all topics, especially money mindset which I think sets this podcast apart from the other two.
Must listen episodes:
- Getting out of an Energetic Rut
- Getting to Know Your Shadow Self
Podcast #4
The Yoga Inspired Podcast
I love this podcast so much. Probably has been my most listened to the last 2 months. I started it because the hour-long episodes the other podcast offered were too long for me. Lots of these eps are short ranging from 10-30 minutes but also have some long hour ones as well.
Shayla comes across super caring and transparent even with her own life and struggles and growth and it is super easy to relate to what she says. Talks about routines, manifesting, shadow work. All the yummy stuff.
Must listen eps:
-Let’s Talk Limiting Beliefs
– High Vibe Habits
Podcast #5
Do You F*cking Mind?
I have been loving this podcast for the last week. I will say, I would not have been able to listen to it a year ago. She is blunt, sharp, to the point and here to wake you up. I have done a lot and I mean A LOT of work towards improving myself. Working through limiting beliefs, getting to know myself better (personality test, human design, natal charts… all the goods) and feel like I am in a good place. I feel the most confident and mentally free (my ego took a seat) so I can hear things that are honest and truthful without feeling as if the person is being rude and mean. Now feeling that way towards bluntness and truthful comments is a personal problem stemming from years of childhood related situations so not everyone may feel that way. But being honest here, this podcast would have been too harsh for who I was a year ago.
With that said. She is Amazing. Nothing but the honest truth and lots of wake up calls. She does an amazing job at pointing out the facts, and gives a science fact each episode which is cool, to make things more clear. Whether the episode is just there to inform you so you can know more or be an imaginative slap behind the head, she is there to present you with the full picture. You just have to be ready to hear it.
This podcast is less manifestation and more mindset across all topics; Self love, Relationships, nutrition plus some.

- Self Love- Empowerment
- Top 4 Discipline Hacks and More Brain Science
- What else are you doing with your time
